Timber Ridge Sheds provides high-quality custom outdoor structures, including sheds, greenhouses, vinyl playsets, chicken coops, and horse barns. We offer online design tools, financing options through third-party partners, and delivery services.

2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our server or networks.

3. A2P Messaging & SMS Terms

By providing your phone number to Timber Ridge Sheds through our website forms, 3D configurator, or via direct contact, you expressly consent to receive non-marketing and marketing text messages (e.g., SMS and MMS) from us. This includes messages sent via an autodialer or A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging systems.

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us (e.g., order updates, delivery scheduling, or promotional offers).
• Consent: Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
• Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at (540) 425-0513.
• Interruption: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
• Privacy: Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the 3D configurator tool, is the property of Timber Ridge Sheds or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Pricing and Payments
Prices for our structures are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services. For customers utilizing financing, your agreement is with the third-party lender (e.g., HFS), and Timber Ridge Sheds is not responsible for the terms of your loan.

6. Delivery and Setup
Free delivery and setup are offered within a 30-mile radius of our Bedford, VA lot. Deliveries outside this radius may incur additional fees. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the site is accessible and level. Timber Ridge Sheds is not responsible for obtaining local building permits.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timber Ridge Sheds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our Site.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
